what kind of work do you publish?
Touchstones focuses on creative work of literary merit. If you are looking to publish essays of critical literary analysis or theory, please submit to Essais. If you are looking to publish speculative work (science fiction, fantasy, horror,), please submit to Warp & Weave.
What are the guidelines for submissions?
Guidelines can be found on the Submit page. They must be followed for consideration of your work.
Are you currently accepting submissions?
Submissions are rolling. This means that you may submit throughout the year, and we will consider your work for the following issue. If you miss a deadline, please still submit for the next semester’s issue!
We have an opening social at the beginning of each semester. At the social, we gauge interest in various positions, including low-commitment positions such as “reader.” To learn more, email us at touchstones.journal@gmail.com
