Revisions!

This week our editors have been busy working with authors and poets revising and editing pieces for publication. The process is a long and careful one, but it's also a lot of fun! We love meeting with writers one-on-one to talk about their pieces. We ask a lot of questions about theme, word choice, and sentence structure, and then work together to create a final, polished piece. It's exciting to watch the process unfold, tracking the changes from the first draft through all the revisions to the final product. Our editors and authors have put in hours of hard, careful work and I'm sure the quality of the journal will reflect their dedication and talent.
